Updated the rules to note that nameless NPCs arn’t generally able to fight off players 1v1, but can potentially close the gap with technology, numbers, team tactics, etc. Also noted that nameless NPCs will rarely kill characters; the days of large bases eating newbies are now in the past. This is mostly an antifrustration measure….

No battles, the recon action was invalid due to the sender being damaged. Likewise the shop actions sent in were problematic. See y’all tomorrow (or today, depending on your point of view). – Troika
