Rules update
Clarified the fleet rules slightly to note that all ships in a fleet must be owned by a team. Also, noted that second in commands for teams can now do everything but transfer cash from the team account into their own pocket. Only the team leader gets to embezzle! – Troika

Righto. All Thursday junk updated, two new ESA AI Fortresses added (forgot one last weekend, so, catchup), updated fleet damage to the Op Lilium fleet. That’s about it. Also, incoming Rogue nerf. I’m lowering the prices on all base defenses by a decent amount. Thomas, talk to me so that I can save you money…
