Changelog
-Edited the shop page to remove mention of EU units
-Reuploaded all of the old Vladprofiles.
-Updated the rules with a new section concerning base damage. The bases themselves will still require reformatting into the new format. Also transfer from the old staff board.
-You may no longer switch your ride if you’re upgraded already, unless you died.
-Added a clause to the joining section to note that some units may start in an upgraded form if the administration staff determines the base form is not sufficiently competitive.
